Little Turtle Island

LITTLE TURTLE ISLAND TEACHES THE CHILDREN: RESPECT, COMPASSION AND UNDERSTANDING FOR THEIR WORLD AND EACH OTHER. THEY EXPAND THEIR SPIRITUAL AWARENESS TO A LEVEL WHERE THEY UNDERTAKE A VISION QUEST AS A RITE OF PASSAGE TO ADULTHOOD.

Little Turtle Island is a youth project created to give the next generation, our children, the opportunity to learn and become caretakers of the Earth. The aim is to integrate practical skills and spiritual awareness to give grounded knowledge of stewardship of the Earth. All members of the team are qualified teachers/specialists in their field.

The Little Turtle Island teachings covers all age ranges, with a different workshop format for:
5—9 years, 10—13 years, 14—16 years.

Parents/guardians are most welcome to attend.

This is all inclusive!

Teaching mixed age ranges can be developed upon prior arrangement.

One-day workshops take place at weekends and holidays.

Our aim is to provide regular day events that will lead to creating a full camp experience for our children to gain real knowledge of living close to the Earth, learning respect and Earth stewardship.

Traveling expenses & donation for information session.
